There are millions of websites. Do we really need another? I guess you could say the same thing about people and the answer would the same. Yes! Everyone is a little different. I hope you'll find this website useful, refreshing, and enlightening. Here's an outline of what motivated me to start this project:

1. It's an opportunity that I just couldn't pass up. Shakespeare wrote, "All the world's a stage." The Internet gives anyone the chance to try to extend his influence and reach others that he will never know. As I grow older, I run across things regularly that I'd like to share with "others" -- things that I discovered or tripped over from which others can learn. In the past, you had become famous or publish a book and hope someone buys it. Now, you simply put up a website and start writing.
2. It's a ministry. Having been a Christian for over 40 years, I've come to know the Bible and its Author pretty well. I hope to honor the Lord Jesus Christ through the contributions that I make here. Back in the mid 1990's, I was going through some really difficult times. Christian radio was an enormous blessing to me as I was constantly busy and under great stress. At that time, I put together a log of teaching radio broadcasts and later shared copies of it with my Sunday School class. Now, with the instrument of a website, I can share it around the world! 3. It's a skill that I need to learn. While evaluating my next career move, it became obvious that webpage authoring was a key skill missing from my portfolio. I hope to dabble in Servlets, Java Server Pages, CGI, XML, CSS and whatever else pops up.
4. Having witnessed the monumental decline of our nation, I realized that we were under the judgement of God. Our hope is not in politics, economics, armaments, philosophy, or even religion. The only thing that can save our nation is the Holy Spirit of God working through its citizens. To that end and Lord willing, I hope the influence of this website can help move our country from certain destruction back to blessing.
